Terms of Use
1. The game
ChopTime Africa is published by LAAK RICHARD BRANDS LTD ("we"). By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of the store you got it from (Apple's Standard EULA or Google Play's Terms of Service). If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, modify, reverse-engineer or extract the game or its art, music, characters or code, except where the law allows.
3. Your account and conduct
- Keep your account to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on it.
- Pick a respectful @username. No hate, harassment, impersonation or personal information.
- No cheating, exploits, bots, hacking, or attacks on our servers or other players.
We may change offensive usernames and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. CHOP Tokens, Rider Pass and coins
- CHOP Tokens and the Rider Pass are virtual items bought through Apple or Google. Coins are earned by playing, or by exchanging CHOP Tokens in the game. They are a licence to use in-game content only: they have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for real money, and are not your property.
- Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Purchases are final except where the law or the store's refund policy says otherwise. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google; a refunded purchase may be removed from your account.
- Tokens and Rider Pass deliveries are kept on your ChopTime Online account. Coins are saved on your device; deleting the app or your device data can remove them. Deleting your account removes your tokens.
- We may change prices, offers and in-game values, and may retire virtual items, with reasonable notice where required.
5. Online services
Online features need an internet connection and may change, be paused for maintenance, or end. We'll try to give notice before closing online services. The offline game keeps working without them.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
7. Changes and contact
