Purchases
- Bought tokens but they didn't arrive? Open the STORE in the garage and tap RETRY DELIVERY when you're online. Your purchase is safe: the store keeps it until our server confirms it.
- New phone? Sign in with the same Apple or Google account in PROFILE › ACCOUNT. Your tokens and Rider Pass are on your account. On iPhone you can also tap RESTORE PURCHASES.
- Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com › Order history).
PS5 controller
Pair your DualSense in your phone's Bluetooth settings (hold PS + Create until the light flashes), then open the game. The touch buttons hide while a controller is connected. Android needs version 12 or newer.
Friends and online duels
Open FRIENDS in the garage to find players by @username, accept requests and send invites. Players under 13 need a parent to switch friends on. If something looks wrong, block and report the player from FRIENDS.
Delete your account
In the game: PROFILE › ACCOUNT › DELETE ACCOUNT. Or email us from the address you'd like us to reply to, with your @username.
